Margit Bantowski writes, "Focusing is an efficient and elegant way to engage the body's profound wisdom and natural movement towards wholeness, and has become central to how I work with Trillium students. It is deceptively simple yet offers radical transformation in a relatively short amount of time. Cielle is an excellent teacher of Focusing - she is highly skilled in the method itself, and is also gifted in explaining concepts, supporting practice, and giving examples. Wholeheartedly recommended!"
Ann Weiser Cornell, world famous Focusing guide and teacher writes, "Focusing is an awareness process – something you do internally – that is based on the idea that a certain kind of body sense called a “felt sense” can help us discover and follow the best next steps of our life.
